NdS gave the address as via Cavour 25. Casale-Bianco gave it as via Cavour 27.

According to plan in CTP, this should have been in the centre of Boscotrecase, south-west of Villa 23.

In the upper part of the village of Boscotrecase, at no. 25 of Via Cavour, in September 1927, sig. Luigi Lettieri opened a well for the disposal of rainwater in his courtyard.
In April of the following year, needing the lapilli as building material, he opened the well until the ground level of 79 bringing to light an area of about 3 x 3 m, at the total depth of 10 m.
The presence of three large earthenware dolia almost all embedded in the ancient soil, and of which one was extracted in fragments, clearly immediately showed the existence of a cella vinaria of a Villa rustica, determining at the same time an order of suspension of any further work in view of the danger to surrounding buildings.
Last official archaeological excavation in 1928 at Boscotrecase, owned by Lettieri, in via Cavour, where he found a Roman cella vinaria and a stamp labelled Barniu Erotis, surely the name of the procurator of the villa; a rustic villa, where earthenware jars (dolia) were found, almost all embedded, and many fragments of pipes in lead and terracotta.
Ultimo scavo
This was a villa rustica, as there were found three large clay dolia, almost fully sunk into the ancient ground level, and many fragments of lead pipes and terracotta.

Boscotrecase. Cella vinaria of Villa rustica in proprietà di Luigi Lettieri.
On the rim of a fragment of dolia were found two stamps with raised letters enclosed by a rectangle.
This had the inscription BARNIV EROTIS (Barniu Erotis), (servant or procurator).
